Order Processing Agent

Location: This is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and from our Riga office.

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: 1300 - 1400 EUR gross, depending on your skills and experience

The Opportunity

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Order Processing Agent to join our customer services team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth and accurate processing of customer orders while collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellent service.

What You Will Be Doing

• Process customer orders with strong attention to detail
• Ensure data processing in line with defined SLAs
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve unclear or complex customer order-related queries
• Maintain the customer database
• Handle first-level communication with customers (via email)

What You’ll Bring

Essential Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in data entry and customer service (preferred)
• Good Latvian and English language skills; additional languages will be considered an advantage
• Experience with ERP, CRM, and MS Office systems
• Energetic and proactive mindset with the ability to identify process improvements
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Good communication skills
