RS has been present in Italy for over 30 years. It currently has an office in Sesto San Giovanni (MI) and a logistics centre of over 7,000 square metres in Vimodrone (MI) and can count on the talents of over 200 employees.

As per tradition, we celebrated the arrival of summer with our families with an incredible party at our logistics centre in Vimodrone, which was transformed for one evening into a truly magical place, with games, good food and lots of fun!

During the evening we were also able to visit our warehouse and find out more about the logistics of the more than 750,000 products available on our website.

  • At our locations in Sesto San Giovanni and Vimodrone, fresh fruit is delivered, ideal for a good start to the day or to give our people the right energy between meetings. In addition, we promote numerous initiatives aimed at strengthening our team spirit and promoting sustainability: sports, corporate volunteering activities, entertainment, and health and safety courses are just some of the activities that those who work for RS can enjoy in the company of their colleagues.

  • Sales: The RS Italia Sales team works every day to be the first choice of our customers. The team's objective is always to propose innovative products and services that meet the real needs of our customers and help them in their work. Commitment, competence, active listening and commercial sensitivity are the keys that allow us to keep the customer always at the centre of our strategy.

  • DC: The mission of our Distribution Centres is to satisfy customer needs. The aim is always to be in the right place at the right time with what the customer requires, offering the best service at the best cost.

    PSM: The PSM (Product & Supplier Management) team is constantly working to establish partnerships with numerous local and international suppliers, in order to offer the best purchasing experience to customers.  RS's catalogue contains more than 2,500 suppliers and more than 750,000 products.

  • Customer service: a strategic function within the company, it aims to deliver an experience that exceeds customer expectations, generating a loyalty impact by building long-term relationships with existing and future customers.

    Marketing: The team always sets itself challenging goals - to raise awareness of our Group, to help improve the customer lifecycle and to implement key initiatives of our ESG plan to become the first choice for customers, suppliers, shareholders, communities and our people.

  • At a recent volunteering day, colleagues & their families carried out a redevelopment activity at Piazza Leonardo da Vinci, one of Milan's most characteristic spaces, together with WAU Milan. And gave an opportunity to raise awareness among relatives, companions and children about respecting the common good and to think together about a more sustainable future.

    The results? 5500 cigarette butts and 12 kg less rubbish in the area, a lot of energy spent, but also a lot of satisfaction to share with our colleagues and loved ones!

  • We recently held RS CONNECT 2023 at the Alfa Romeo Historical Museum in Arese.

    More than 200 customers met 36 partner companies and visited the 4 thematic rooms, a great novelty this year, where it was possible to discover our Group's value-added solutions.

    A day that brought together professionals from the most diverse sectors to transform new ideas into concrete business opportunities.

  • Safety at work and sustainability are two fundamental concepts for the well-being of our people 👷.

    Thanks to these common ideals, a collaboration was born between RS and PVS spa, a leading Italian company in PPE systems and products for resuscitation, first aid and occupational health protection.

    PVS S.p.A. donated the FUTURA kit to RS employees, an eco-sustainable first aid kit, completely biodegradable and made from 100% recycled materials♻️.
