LIFE AT RS

We all deserve to be treated with respect and to highlight our uniqueness: here at RS Italia we are building an equal opportunity and gender-sensitive culture in which each of us can feel at ease every day, expressing our personalities.
Valuing our people and talents by promoting a culture that integrates diversity, equity and inclusion is in fact one of RS's founding values.

The company has also recently obtained the UNI PdR 125:2022 certification for Gender Equality and continues to achieve important results in terms of sustainability thanks to its ESG plan 'For a better world' such as, for example, the Gold level of the Ecovadis Sustainability Rating and the Plastic Free certification for the Sesto San Giovanni offices.

  • As per tradition, we celebrated the arrival of summer with our families with an incredible party at our logistics centre in Vimodrone, which was transformed for one evening into a truly magical place, with games, good food and lots of fun!

During the evening we were also able to visit our warehouse and find out more about the logistics of the more than 750,000 products available on our website.
