At our Global Shared Business Services Centre in Riga, over 200 professionals support RS Group teams and customers across the EMEA region. Our teams work across finance, customer operations, product operations, and other key business functions that help keep a global organization running smoothly.

Our Riga office is home to more than 200 talented employees working across a variety of functions, including finance, people, delivery planning, pricing and other business support teams. LOCAL TEAMS

  • Customer Operations - Order Processing - Our Order Processing team is the largest team in our Riga office, with more than 100 dedicated professionals the team plays a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience by managing orders accurately and efficiently, supporting customers and stakeholders across multiple markets. Acting as a vital link between customers, sales teams, supply chain partners, and internal stakeholders, they ensure smooth order processing from placement to fulfilment. 
    People -Our People team combines Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and Payroll expertise to support our employees at every stage of their journey with RS. From attracting exceptional talent and welcoming new colleagues to supporting learning and development, employee wellbeing, payroll administration, and people-focused initiatives, the team is committed to creating a positive and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive. 

  • RS PRO Product Administration - The team of two Product Administrators support the RS PRO product portfolio by managing product-related queries, including invoicing, deliveries, stock, cost pricing, technical and compliance requests, while acting as a key link between category, suppliers, and internal teams. They maintain and improve product data quality through content validation, attribute completion, NPI content approvals, PCN management, and preparation of range guides and NPI bulletins. They also drive commercial performance by analysing returns, identifying alternative products for discontinued items, updating reporting and analysis tools, and contributing to customer journey improvements that help protect revenue and enhance the customer experience. 

  • Pricing Team - Our Pricing team sits across both Latvia and UK and is made up of total 5 Pricing Specialists in Riga and a Pricing Manager. Together we take care of our Web Sell prices, cooperating with many stakeholders, like Categories, Analytics and Markets, to make sure these prices are the Best Value for customer and makes for a sustainable and profitable business. 

    Product Operations - Our Product Operations team brings together New Product Introduction Specialists, Product Information Coordinators and Process specialists as part of a global product and supplier management function. They ensure accurate and high-quality product information and support product performance throughout its lifecycle for our customers and markets. 

  • Finance - Our Finance team is the second-largest team in our Riga office, bringing together specialists in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Credit Control. They play a vital role in supporting business performance through accurate financial operations, effective cash flow management, and valuable business insights. 

Wellbeing & Volunteering

To support different working preferences and individual needs, our Riga office features a dedicated “Dark Corner” workspace with darker lighting and black desk surfaces, designed for colleagues who are sensitive to bright light and prefer a calmer working environment. Every July it is wellbeing month, employees can participate in various activities, workshops and initiatives focused on healthy habits and self-care. We also share wellbeing tips, resources, and inspiring stories through our internal newsletters throughout the year. 

Employees also have access to our Employee Assistance Programme, which provides 24/7 access to professional support, wellbeing resources, and a wide range of articles covering mental health, personal development, financial wellbeing, and work-life balance. To encourage healthy lifestyles, we organise physiotherapy sessions, provide access to nutrition specialists, and offer healthy snacks in the office. 

For many years we have supported local charities and community initiatives through financial donations. In June 2026, we introduced our formal Volunteering Programme, giving employees two paid volunteering days per year to support local registered charities.
