RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Evolution of CI/CD pipelines, advocating for continuous improvement, and delivering exceptional service across all technology platforms. A thorough understanding of Microsoft technologies, cloud solutions, and the ability to navigate complex legacy system conversions are essential.
  • Work with modern web technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Vue), cloud architecture, design patterns, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Cloud infrastructure, specifically AWS or Azure platforms, including successful large-scale migrations, cloud-native architecture, and cost optimization strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing advanced analytics (Amplitude, Google Analytics) for comprehensive journey tracking across web and other platforms.
  • Work on current technology trends, and demonstrate ability to evaluate, adopt, and integrate emerging technologies to solve business problems and maintain product competitiveness.
  • Will manage globally distributed teams effectively across multiple countries and time zones.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to engineers, ensuring code quality, knowledge transfer, and adherence to architectural standards.
  • Will guide team members' professional development through personalized coaching, skill assessments, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
  • Strategic problem-solving skills, consistently demonstrated through innovative product solutions, legacy system modernization, and implementation of next-generation technology stacks.
  • Robust understanding of application security, cloud infrastructure, and network architecture, supported by practical implementation experiences.
  • Use interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across technical, business, and executive teams, influencing product direction and strategic priorities.
  • Modernize and migrate complex legacy systems and large codebases onto contemporary technology frameworks, cloud infrastructures, and architectures.
  • Establish ability to build, lead, and continuously develop strong, high-performing global teams.

 

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, or related.
  • Ten (10) years in any occupation with experience contributing to product direction & strategy and formal product leadership roles.
  • Ten (10) years any occupation with experience contributing to product direction & strategy and formal product leadership roles must include: JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Vue, applied in large-scale product environments;
  • Experience in designing and leading distributed system architecture with secure identity management and unified experience across web and cloud-based interfaces;
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS), including migration strategies and cloud native architecture; Analytics implementation for tracking a user’s journey (Amplitude, Google Analytics); Experience in automation testing practices, having previously led efforts to achieve extensive test coverage and continuous testing cycles; Experience in modern API design and GraphQL integration for scalable system architectures; Experience in C#, ASP.NET, and databases (SQL, NoSQL); Experience with distributed systems architecture and large data set management; and OWASP principles and Elasticsearch platform.

 

TELECOMMUTING EMPLOYEE: 

ROVING/HYBRID EMPLOYEE. Reports to company headquarters. Will work at various unknown client sites within the U.S. for up to 20% of the time. Must be willing to travel anywhere in the U.S. Can work remotely but on-site requirements (HQ or client sites) supersede and may increase overtime.
