In this role, you will lead the people side of change, ensuring that new processes, systems, data capabilities, and ways of working are effectively embedded into day-to-day operations. Working in close partnership with programme teams, business leaders, process owners, and operational stakeholders, you will assess change impacts, develop adoption strategies, and deliver change interventions that enable lasting business outcomes.
This is an exciting opportunity to influence large-scale strategic transformation programmes, champion business readiness, and help teams navigate change with confidence. If you are passionate about driving engagement, building sustainable change, and delivering measurable business benefits, we'd love to hear from you.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead and drive change management activities across strategic Group Product & Supply Chain transformation programmes.
- Conduct change impact and business readiness assessments to identify stakeholder impacts, risks, adoption challenges, and readiness gaps.
- Develop and execute change management plans, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption strategies aligned with programme objectives.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders, process owners, and operational teams, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the change journey.
- Deliver engaging communications and stakeholder engagement activities to ensure clear understanding of the purpose, benefits, and impact of change.
- Coordinate training needs analysis and support the development of learning materials to enable successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.
- Lead business readiness and deployment activities, ensuring teams are prepared for go-live and can transition smoothly into new operating models.
- Monitor change adoption, track business outcomes, and identify additional interventions to maximise programme benefits and long-term success.
- Minimise business disruption during implementation while supporting the successful embedding of change into day-to-day operations.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience delivering organisational change within large-scale transformation programmes, including process, technology, and operating model changes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Experience developing and executing change management, communication, and adoption plans.
- Ability to assess business readiness and successfully support deployment and go-live activities.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Experience within Product, Supply Chain, Operations, or similar business functions would be an advantage.
- Relevant change management certification (e.g. Prosci, APMG, or equivalent) is desirable.
