Talent Acquisition Manager
Location: Riga, Latvia (Hybrid working)
RS have around 9000 amazing people delivering brilliantly around the world! And we have a fantastic opportunity to join our Global Talent Acquisition Team, as TA Manager based in our Riga offices.
The TA Manager is responsible for leading on all recruitment activity for our Riga offices and EMEA Shared Service Centre in Latvia.
You will also be part of the EMEA Talent Acquisition team, and have an active role in developing our function across the region, with ongoing input into developing and delivering the TA operational and project plan.
The role is responsible for delivering the TA process for a high-volume area, working with candidates, hiring managers and key People stakeholders to deliver an excellent service and end-to-end recruitment process at pace.
Specifically, the role calls for collaborative and innovative partnership with the key functional stakeholders across Global Shared Business Services and other corporate functions, along with internal HR colleagues to ensure current and future skills and capabilities are delivered.
What you will be doing:
- Talent Acquisition and Business Partnering
- Work with business, people team and Senior TA Manager to deliver a high calibre, slick end-to-end recruitment process at pace (from sourcing, attraction and selection to offer for all roles allocated)
- Process and screen external and internal applications, CVs and online profiles.
- Use available tools, such as LinkedIN, job boards, and company ATS to proactively source passive candidates in the market and promote RS and roles available
- Deliver qualified, pre-screened, high calibre candidates to the business within agreed timeframes
- Prepare and submit shortlists to hiring managers, driving pace of process to ensure great outcomes
- Support and manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle, maintaining excellent communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide Senior TA Manager and stakeholder groups with regular updates and reports, along with any issues arising and solutions/mitigation being implemented
- Deliver internal or external recruitment events as appropriate for the areas that you manage
- Ensure our employer brand and culture is at the heart of all recruitment delivery discussions and activity and are used within the agreed parameters/guidelines
- Position the business as an employer of choice and a great place to work by focusing on delivering a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
- Embed the Diversity and Inclusion agenda by understanding RS and the business areas’ priorities, getting involved in RS Group ERG’s and work to diversify representation of under-represented populations and skills in your hiring
- Pro-actively utilise and leverage all direct/social sourcing channels, to drive interest in RS for both open and future vacancies
- Liaise and work with external third-party suppliers and agencies where required
- Participate in recruitment projects to keep us delivering brilliantly
- Track, monitor and publish established reporting metrics as required
Key skills and experience we are looking for:
- Previous end-to-end talent acquisition delivery experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience of direct sourcing techniques, utilising multiple channels.
- Strong focus on candidate and hiring manager experience
- Confidence in conducting screening calls and interviews
- Ability to work across a breadth of functions and stakeholders, appreciating cultural sensitivities and differences
- Ability to provide creative solutions to sourcing candidates when a different approach is required
- Sound working knowledge of relevant employment law impacting recruitment in the countries in which you operate
- Understanding of social media and technology and how these can be used to drive recruitment results and improve the candidate and hiring manager experience
- Demonstrated ability to develop effective, credible relationships, challenge, and work with integrity at all levels within the organisation to influence recruitment decisions
- Able to manage expectations/conflicting requirements and priorities of multiple stakeholders
- Business fluent in English language
- Business fluent in modern Latvian
- Additional European languages would be advantageous
- Experience with hiring for a large multi-national organisation would be an advantage
- Experience hiring for a Business Shared Service Centre or similar corporate functions (Finance, Accounts, Customer Service, Commercial functions) would be useful.
