Senior Credit Risk Analyst

Location: This is a hybrid role, offering a combination of remote working and working two days per week from our Riga office.


The Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Credit Risk Analyst to lead key transformation initiatives within our Credit Risk Management function. You will help shape futurestate processes, drive system enhancements, and strengthen core credit risk data foundations. This role suits someone proactive, analytical and confident working crossfunctionally.


What You Will Be Doing

  • Leading redesign and optimisation of credit risk processes.
  • Driving SAP Credit Management enhancements and workflow improvements.
  • Managing portfolio resegmentation and applying updated risk criteria.
  • Leading data standardisation and cleanup across the AR portfolio.
  • Developing futurestate process documentation and workflow design.
  • Reporting progress, risks and improvement opportunities to stakeholders.

What You will Bring

  • Strong experience in Credit Risk, Credit Operations or Accounts Receivable.
  • Demonstratable understanding of Order to Cash processes, credit policies and process design.
  • Analytical skills, able to translate data into insights.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Excel/ Analytics tools (experience with automation tools is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across regions.
  • Fluent written and verbal English with a strategic mindset, focussed on continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
