Location: This is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and from our Riga office.

 

Contract Type: Permanent

 

Salary: 1625 - 1740 EUR gross depending on skills and experience

 

The Opportunity

 

This role sits in the NPI and Data Governance team within Product and Supplier Management, a fast paced, exiting environment working globally with our markets, categories and suppliers to give our customers the best experience possible. This is a great place to work if you’d like to be at the heart of our commercial operation, working cross functionally to execute category strategy.

 

You will be managing and ensuring product adherence to our information and content standards and support the systems executives in the governance and maintenance of the data model. The Product information coordinator will also support with master data updates throughout a product’s lifecycle.

 

What You Will Be Doing

 

  • Maintain product information hierarchy.
  • Reconcile workflows to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Participate in the Data Governance Council.
  • Update and manage master data.
  • Align retrospective standards to current practices.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Expertise in customer journey mapping.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in data management.
  • Experienced in product lifecycle management.
  • High proficiency in Product Information Management (PIM) systems.
  • Skilled in Excel and database management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of information architecture and data integrity.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • Very good at English and Latvian language.

 

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Experience managing product listings across multiple platforms.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functionally.
  • Experience with SAP.
