Credit Risk Clerk

Location: This is a hybrid role, offering a combination of remote working and working two days per week from our Riga office, with a rotating shift pattern (10:00–19:00 one week / 13:00–22:00 the next).
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a highly organised and detail‑driven Credit & Risk Clerk to support our Accounts Receivable function. You’ll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are released efficiently and responsibly, balancing service, accuracy, and risk‑based decision making. This role is well suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment and enjoys analytical work.
What You Will Be Doing
- Assessing customer creditworthiness and making informed credit decisions.
- Monitoring credit exposure, payment behaviour and maintaining accurate credit limits.
- Processing credit‑blocked orders in line with policy and service expectations.
- Managing pro‑forma documentation and supporting customer payment plans.
- Resolving unallocated payments and maintaining accurate financial data.
- Managing a high‑volume shared inbox to ensure timely actions and updates.
What You will Bring
- Experience in credit risk management or a similar analytical, decision‑making role.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
- Excellent time‑management skills.
- Confident communication skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
- Ability to work effectively with teams across multiple locations.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and intermediate Excel skills (advantageous).
