About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team. This role is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent aligned with the company’s values and business needs.
The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for multiple positions across the organization.
- Create and publish job postings across recruitment platforms.
- Source and attract candidates through different channels.
- Conduct interviews and apply psychometric and technical assessments.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to stakeholders.
- Ensure proper follow-up throughout the candidate journey, including administrative processes.
- Support internal mobility and promotion processes.
- Collaborate with Compensation team on offer preparation and presentation.
- Participate in employer branding and talent-related events.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Labor Relations, or related fields.
Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience
Technical Skills:
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools and selection processes.
- Experience conducting competency-based interviews (preferred).
Language:
- Advanced English
