About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team. This role is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent aligned with the company’s values and business needs.

The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for multiple positions across the organization.
  • Create and publish job postings across recruitment platforms.
  • Source and attract candidates through different channels.
  • Conduct interviews and apply psychometric and technical assessments.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to stakeholders.
  • Ensure proper follow-up throughout the candidate journey, including administrative processes.
  • Support internal mobility and promotion processes.
  • Collaborate with Compensation team on offer preparation and presentation.
  • Participate in employer branding and talent-related events.

 

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Labor Relations, or related fields.

Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience

Technical Skills:

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools and selection processes.
  • Experience conducting competency-based interviews (preferred).

Language:

  • Advanced English
