Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and analytical Pricing Manager to lead the design and execution of a comprehensive pricing strategy. This role is responsible for maximizing revenue, profitability, and competitive positioning across the organization. The Pricing Manager will oversee pricing policies, lead a team of analysts, and drive data-driven decision-making to support business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies aligned with business objectives, market conditions, and margin targets.
  • Lead profitability analysis, margin performance tracking, and financial risk assessment related to pricing decisions. 
  • Design and supervise pricing models, including elasticity, profitability, and competitive positioning.
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and customer behavior to continuously optimize pricing strategies.
  • Establish and manage corporate pricing policies and approval processes.
  • Lead and develop the pricing team (analysts and coordinators).
  • Act as the main point of contact for Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and Operations regarding pricing topics. 
  • Ensure accurate implementation and updates of pricing structures in systems and platforms.
  • Drive pricing transformation initiatives, including automation, system integration (ERP/CRM), and advanced pricing tools.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce risks, and increase efficiency through data-driven insights.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics), Actuarial Science, or related field. 
  • 7–10 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, finance, business development, or similar areas. 
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Experience with pricing systems and ERP platforms.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. 
  • Certifications in pricing, revenue management, or financial analysis are a plus.
