The Opportunity
We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high‑level, proactive, and confidential support to the CEO and CFO of our FTSE 125 organisation. Based at our London St Pancras headquarters, this is a pivotal role enabling two senior leaders to operate at their highest strategic level.
What You Will Be Doing
- Providing seamless, confidential support to the CEO and CFO, proactively managing fast‑moving priorities and complex schedules
- Handling correspondence and communications on behalf of the executives with professionalism and clarity
- Organising high‑level internal and external meetings, preparing agendas, briefings, and materials
- Preparing the executives for Board, ExCo, investor, and leadership meetings by collating pre‑reads and highlighting key actions and decisions
- Planning and optimising international and domestic travel, ensuring efficient, well‑structured itineraries
- Liaising confidently with investors, partners, senior stakeholders, and government or regulatory officials
- Preparing and editing high‑quality presentations, reports, documents, and executive communications
- Maintaining secure, compliant document management using platforms such as SharePoint
- Building trusted relationships across the Executive Leadership Team, Board, Investor Relations, and broader organisation
- Acting as a key internal and external representative for the CEO and CFO, providing clarity and direction on their behalf
- Identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve executive efficiency
- Supporting the wider leadership team with ad hoc administrative needs
- Ensuring smooth operation of virtual meeting technology and troubleshooting when required
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience supporting senior executives within a corporate environment, including complex diary management
- Exceptional organisational, prioritisation, and time‑management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple demands
- Strong interpersonal, relationship‑building, and influencing skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including managing senior stakeholders
- High emotional intelligence, strong judgement, and the ability to anticipate needs
- Advanced proficiency across Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, OneNote)
- Impeccable attention to detail, accuracy, and a solutions‑focused mindset
- Ability to remain calm, flexible, and proactive in a fast‑paced, commercially sensitive environment
- Absolute discretion and integrity when handling confidential information
- Experience working in a global organisation, ideally within a listed company environment
