About the Role 

Perform exception handling from start to finish throughout the inbound process 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Resolves product issues within inbound
• Reconcile PO issues when packing slip differs from what we receive
• Understand receiving process and have ability to be a problem solver
• May be designated, according to work volume to other areas when needed
• Other job duties as assigned

Essential Knowledge, Abilities and Skills

• Advanced KNAPP and SAP knowledge required
• Can effectively communicate verbally and written
• Type 25 wpm
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team player
• Follow oral and written communication
• Computer skills, Mobile Terminal
   

Education and/or Experience

• A High School Diploma or GED
• Must be a good team worker, with reliable attendance
• Must be physically fit, able to lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
• Requires use of basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division)
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
