As our company continues to expand and now operates across three offices in Scandinavia, our daily operational needs have grown in both scope and complexity. To support this exciting phase, we are looking for an Office Assistant who will play a key role in keeping our offices running smoothly.
In this role, you’ll ensure that everyday administrative and office‑management tasks are handled with professionalism, consistency, and a proactive mindset. You’ll also help maintain a unified standard and welcoming atmosphere across all locations – something that requires strong coordination, attention to detail, and great collaboration skills.

What You Will Be Doing
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, pack and send reminders, and support online/back‑order handling.
- Manage office supplies, breakfast items, coffee machine maintenance, and general office upkeep.
- Coordinate with external partners such as the landlord, cleaning services, lunch supplier, and plant service.
- Organize practical arrangements for office activities and events, and maintain meeting rooms.
- Archive commercial contracts and send campaign materials to selected customer groups.
- Support lunch setup/cleanup and ensure a consistent, welcoming office environment across all locations.
- Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks across departments and offices in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.
What You’ll Bring
- Fluency in Danish (spoken and written) and strong skills in English.
- A self‑motivated mindset with the ability to work independently and stay flexible.
- Comfort thriving in a busy environment with varied tasks.
- Strong collaboration skills, a team‑player attitude, and a positive, humorous approach to daily work.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high‑quality support.
- Structured and well‑organized, with the ability to prioritize and keep track of many tasks at once.
- User‑level experience with Microsoft Office and a natural flair for learning new administrative IT systems.
