Location: This is a hybrid role based in Warsaw, with a mix of remote work and time in the office (3 days per week).

The Opportunity 

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, generating, and qualifying new sales opportunities while building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers. You will play a key role in delivering the RS commercial strategy, driving business growth, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Through effective negotiation and customer engagement, you will bring the RS Value Proposition to life, while operating in line with pricing and discounting guidelines to maximize commercial success.

 
What You Will Be Doing 

  • Drive sales growth and profitability by proactively engaging customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Support sales and marketing initiatives by actively engaging with targeted customer segments and promoting relevant campaigns.
  • Identify, generate, and qualify new sales opportunities, with a particular focus on strategic and key accounts.
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key customers to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth.
  • Negotiate and apply appropriate pricing and discount strategies in line with RS policies to win new business and strengthen existing partnerships.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, promoting the RS Value Proposition and helping them achieve their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer support and ensure the successful execution of commercial objectives.


What You’ll Bring
 

  • Fluency in Czech and a good command of English.
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or a customer-facing commercial role.
  • A strong track record of delivering excellent customer experiences and building long-term customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions in a clear and compelling way.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and time management skills, coupled with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications, familiarity with SAP and Salesforce would be an advantage
  • Experience within an industrial or technical environment would be an advantage.
