Finance Assistant

9 month FTC

Location – Warrington (WA3 6UT)

As a Finance Assistant, you will be reporting to the Finance Team Leader and will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, including invoices, payments, reconciliations, and expense claims, while maintaining strong controls and compliance standards. The role also supports internal and external audits and contributes to the smooth operation of finance processes across the business.

You will make a difference by ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in every financial process, enabling smooth operations and supporting the business in delivering financial reporting on time.

What you will be doing:

• Overhead purchase ledger management.
• Bank statement reconciliation.
• Credit card management and reconciliation.
• Payment processing - Travel and Expense management and processing.
• Support with internal and external audit.
• To carry out such other duties which are consistent with the nature and responsibilities of the job role.
