What you will doing in this role….
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience across all channels (phone, email, chat).
- Proactively communicate with customers about their orders and inquiries.
- Collaborate closely with sales to support business growth through value-added services.
- Spot opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and enhance customer relationships.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and work to resolve issues quickly.
- Keep customer records updated in SAP and ensure data accuracy.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance service delivery.
What do I need to be successful?
If you have the following skills and experience, we want to hear from you:
- 2+ years in a customer service or call centre environment.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Friendly, motivated, and customer-obsessed mindset.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office; SAP or CRM experience is a plus.
- Experience with inbound/outbound call centre operations is a plus
