What you will doing in this role….

  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience across all channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Proactively communicate with customers about their orders and inquiries.
  • Collaborate closely with sales to support business growth through value-added services.
  • Spot opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and enhance customer relationships.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and work to resolve issues quickly.
  • Keep customer records updated in SAP and ensure data accuracy.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance service delivery.

 

What do I need to be successful?

If you have the following skills and experience, we want to hear from you:

  • 2+ years in a customer service or call centre environment.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Friendly, motivated, and customer-obsessed mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office; SAP or CRM experience is a plus.
  • Experience with inbound/outbound call centre operations is a plus
