Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Account Manager, NSW to optimise sales within a defined territory, acting as the primary contact for corporate and premier customers. The role focuses on building strong, long-term customer relationships, understanding current and future needs, and driving significant sales growth through tailored solutions and effective cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities

Proactively visit and engage corporate/premier customers to identify new business and upsell opportunities.

Drive strong sales growth and position the company as a preferred supplier.

Understand customer needs and work with internal teams to deliver value-added, profitable solutions.

Maintain accurate CRM and customer records to support data-driven decision making.

Analyse financial and customer data to support compliance with contracts and ensure profitability.

Work cross-functionally to enhance customer satisfaction and improve NPS scores.

Participate in training, marketing campaigns, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate Requirements
Essential

3+ years in Account Management or Strategic Business Development, ideally in Industrial/MRO/Electronics field sales.

Proven ability to exceed KPIs, work under pressure, and take initiative.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Understanding of procurement strategies and ability to articulate value-driven solutions.

Results-focused with strong financial, analytical, planning, and time-management skills.

Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.
