12‑Month Contract Opportunity – RS Integrated Supply

Ready to take ownership of onsite operations and deliver exceptional customer experience? RS Integrated Supply is seeking a hands‑on, customer‑focused onsite operations support to manage and elevate our store operations within our customer’s Singapore facility. This is a 12‑month contract role offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.

About the role:

In this role, you will be the driving force behind the smooth, efficient, and safe running of the onsite store. You will ensure seamless daily operations, develop team capability, improve processes, and strengthen customer relationships. Your leadership will be essential in supporting the customer’s Manufacturing Services Operation and delivering service levels that consistently meet—and exceed—contractual commitments.

What you will be doing in this role:

Lead, coach, and support team members through regular check‑ins, performance discussions, and ongoing development in line with RS Integrated Supply values
Oversee all store operations, maintaining a safe, organised, and high‑standard environment that meets KPIs and reflects our professional image
Drive continuous improvement by leading site enhancement initiatives, including relocations, labelling upgrades, and stock‑checking projects
Ensure precise system management by accurately recording stock movement and following all procedures in line with internal and ISO 9002 requirements
Deliver outstanding customer service with value‑added solutions and proactive issue resolution
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, holding regular review meetings and communicating effectively with customers and internal partners
Support wider RS Group operations when required to meet changing business needs
Champion Health & Safety, ensuring full compliance and timely completion of mandatory training
Engage with suppliers through site visits, discussions on improvements, and exploring commercial opportunitiesMaintain operational excellence by supporting internal audits, OPEX activities, SSL checks, and empty‑bin reviews
Take on additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth and efficient day‑to‑day operations
