About the role:
As part of our EMEA Supply Chain team, you will be working with suppliers to ensure that we have everything in stock that we need to keep our 1.2 million customers happy! You'll be following up on missing orders, ensuring purchase orders are up to date and reflect what our suppliers are delivering against, and working with our category management teams across Europe to maintain and update our inventory plan.
You'll be working with great people, in our modern business shared service centre in Riga, collaborating with an international team, who are all looking to make amazing happen for our people and our customers!
What you will be doing:
- Oversee arrears management, ensuring all systems reflect accurate delivery dates and include clear explanatory notes.
- Manage the Supply Plan in alignment with Category and Cell Inventory Strategies, ensuring accurate updates in SAP/Blue Yonder systems.
- Act as the primary interface for vendor-related supply planning queries, supporting both external suppliers and internal stakeholders such as Sales Liaison, Inventory Control, Demand Planning, Product, and Operations.
- Liaise with warehouse teams to resolve supplier delivery queries.
- Serve as the first point of contact and escalation for late purchase orders.
- Maintain and update the Supply Plan in line with Category and Cell Inventory Strategies, ensuring accuracy in SAP/JDA systems.

What we are looking for from you:
- Great communication skills and experience working with suppliers to solve problems.
- An understanding of purchasing, inventory or supply chain processes - e.g. Purchase Orders
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Experience with supply chain planning tools (Blue Yonder/JDA, SAP APO, or similar).
- Understanding of logistics and transportation planning.
- Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for reporting.
