Product Information Coordinator

Location: This role is offered on a permanent basis. It is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and from our Riga, Latvia office.

We’re looking for a detail-driven and collaborative Product Information Coordinator to join our NPI and Data Governance team within Product and Supplier Management. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of our commercial operation, supporting global markets, categories, and suppliers to deliver the best possible customer experience. You’ll play a key role in managing product data and content, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the product lifecycle.

What you will be doing:

• Maintain and manage product information to ensure data integrity.
• Reconcile workflows to guarantee accuracy and efficiency across systems.
• Update and govern master data throughout the product lifecycle.
• Participate in Data Governance Council meetings to align standards and practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution of category strategies.

About you:

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain data issues clearly and constructively.
• Highly detail-oriented and technically minded, with a passion for solving problems.
• Proficient in data management and experienced in product lifecycle processes.
• Skilled in Excel and confident working with large data sets and database management.
• High proficiency in Product Information Management (SAP ERP) systems and understanding of information architecture.
• Excellent collaboration skills and proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Clear and confident English communication skills are essential, as you’ll be supporting teams across different markets.
