What You Will Be Doing

 

As a Process Support Executive within the EMEA Product & Supplier Management team, you will play a key role in supporting critical product lifecycle processes and ensuring smooth, efficient operations across our commercial functions.

You will:

  • Provide administrative support for core product and supplier management processes.
  • Execute tasks with accuracy, efficiency, and a customer‑focused mindset.
  • Input and maintain data within spreadsheets, databases, and process management tools.
  • Communicate with category teams and cross‑functional stakeholders regarding workflows and issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve process‑related challenges as they arise.
  • Collaborate with Process Improvement Specialists to refine, standardise, and enhance commercial processes.

Your contribution will enable category managers to focus on strategy, supplier relationships, and commercial negotiations—directly supporting RS Group’s continued success.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with changing business needs.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • A collaborative approach, working effectively across teams and markets.
  • Clear, professional communicator with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with office tools such as Microsoft Office
  • Experience with process improvement initiatives (nice to have)
