Order Processing Team Manager

Location: This is a hybrid role, offering a combination of remote working and working two days per week from our Riga office.

The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Order Processing Team Manager to lead a high‑performing operations team supporting the French market and IDocs processes. You’ll oversee Team Leaders and their agents, ensuring high‑quality service delivery, strong stakeholder engagement and consistent adherence to standard processes across EMEA. Operating with a high level of autonomy, you’ll drive performance, improve customer experience and champion continuous improvement in a fast‑paced, customer‑driven environment.
What You Will Be Doing
- Leading Team Leaders and agents to deliver against SLAs, targets and service quality metrics
- Ensuring process standardisation and adherence to global models across EMEA markets
- Building strong stakeholder relationships and improving communication with local markets
- Managing market feedback and ensuring accurate execution of procedures and investigations
- Supporting onboarding and training plans in alignment with the Training Manager
- Driving continuous improvement and leading process optimisation initiatives across assigned regions
What You’ll Bring
- Leadership experience managing large teams in customer service, operations or order processing environments
- Strong communication, coaching and stakeholder‑management skills, able to influence across a matrix structure
- Ability to identify issues, problem‑solve and deliver meaningful process improvements
- Experience with SAP/ similar CRM systems desirable and solid Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to maintain accuracy and quality in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
- Advanced written and spoken English is a must have and any French language skills would be desirable
