ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations. This role is responsible for maintaining employee data accuracy, assisting managers and employees with HR-related inquiries, and ensuring consistent execution of key HR processes. The HR Specialist will also provide general administrative support for the Radnor office, including mail and supplies management.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
This position follows a hybrid work schedule, with on-site work at our Radnor, PA corporate office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and remote work on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Compensation:
$26.00 – $29.80 per hour (commensurate with experience).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee and manager inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Support data entry and maintenance of employee records in HR systems such as SuccessFactors and UKG, ensuring data accuracy and timely processing of employee transactions (hires, terminations, promotions, pay changes, etc.).
- Coordinate updates for employee information in the U.S., Puerto Rico, and Canada as needed.
- Prepare and issue HR documentation, including employment confirmations, verification letters, and status change notifications.
- Assist with standard and ad hoc HR reporting requests.
- Conduct periodic audits between HR systems to maintain data integrity and compliance.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries in the HR Admin inbox, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Partners with Payroll, IT, and other internal teams to troubleshoot employee access or data issues.
- Provide administrative support to the Radnor office, including mail distribution, supply ordering, and general office coordination.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in an HR operations or administrative support capacity.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors and UKG preferred.
- Customer service orientation and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
