Work arrangement: Hybrid (every Monday work at office in Taipei Da'An District, the rest work from home)

Role Purpose:

The role of Logistics Coordinator is to support the day-to-day Taiwan logistics operations by ensuring shipments are executed on timely manner including accurate documentation and system updates. He / She is required to manage any escalation arise due to delay in delivery from End Customer or Sales Operation and assist carrier is there is any challenges at delivery location.

What you'll be doing in this role

• Assist in tracking warehouse operations and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
• Coordinate with logistics partners and 3PL warehouse to support smooth operations.
• Monitor and follow up inbound, outbound, domestic and return shipment ensuring accurate execution and timely delivery.
• Resolved logistics and customs clearance issues by collaborating with international forwarders and internal teams.
• Respond to logistics-related questions from internal teams (e.g., Customer Service, Sales).
• Follow special shipping or invoicing instructions as needed. Assist in collecting data for cost tracking and operational reports.
• Participate in discussions to improve logistics processes.

What experience we expect from you

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 2+ year experience, preferable in in operations environment
• Proficient with MS Office applications, good in Excel and Word
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin & English
• Good interpersonal relationship, able to work independently
• Quick learner

Desirable Skills & Experience:

• Familiar with import & export process and practices

• Experience using SAP or other ERP system
