Are you passionate about building strong customer relationships and driving commercial growth? Join RS as a Corporate Account Manager, where you’ll manage a portfolio of customers, uncover new business opportunities, and position RS as the trusted supplier of choice in your territory.
What You’ll Do
- Drive sales growth within assigned Corporate Accounts in partnership with the territory sales team
- Use data and insights to forecast performance, identify opportunities, and manage contract delivery against targets
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers to strengthen partnerships and supply position
- Apply a consultative approach to address customer procurement challenges and deliver long-term value
- Lead customer meetings to align strategy, define needs, and ensure effective contract execution
- Provide performance and market analysis, and collaborate internally and externally to support best practice
About you
If you have the following skills and experience, we want to hear from you:
- Over 5 years in Corporate Account Management or Strategic Business Development with proven sales success, ideally in industrial or technical B2B sectors
- Strong commercial awareness and results-driven, focused on profit and growth
- Experience in account management, contracts, and supply agreements
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to work independently
- Tech-savvy with CRM, Microsoft Office (Excel) and e-commerce knowledge
- Strong communication, planning, and time-management skills
