Sourcing Specialist of F&M/PPE - SEA

As a Sourcing Specialist, you will be managing the sourcing of products and services, ensuring commercial effectiveness and fostering positive relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders at RS Group.

What you will doing in this role….

• Sourcing & Procurement: Manage product articles and services to support sales and customer strategy.
• Commercial Acumen: Apply commercial judgment to respond to product inquiries.
• Data Management: Create and maintain accurate product article data.
• Process Improvement: Enhance product processes using Continuous Improvement (CI) approaches.
• Vendor Relationships: Develop strong vendor relationships and manage stakeholders.
• Negotiation: Negotiate commercial terms and service scope with vendors.
• ERP System: Procure product articles and services following company policies using the ERP system.
• Vendor Performance: Drive vendor delivery performance and resolve non-conformance issues.
• Collaboration: Work with Sales & Market teams to interpret requirements and enable profitable responses.
• Vendor Onboarding: Identify and onboard new vendors for sourcing needs.
• Communication: Maintain effective communication of sourcing and supplier updates to internal teams.

What do I need to be successful?

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in supplier management, strategic sourcing, or procurement.
• Skills: Strong negotiation skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective communication and interpersonal skills.
