Sales Operations & Analytics Specialist I, MY

The role purpose is to provide comprehensive operational and strategic support to the sales organization, reporting to the General Manager, Malaysia.
What you will doing in this role….
- Provide sales analytics and identify commercial opportunities and risks to support the sales team.
- Internal planning process and methodology for the sales organisation
- Providing administrative support with company events & coordinating all local communications and sending through to MY team
- Organize sales meeting, support sales team travel request including flight and accommodation booking etc. Provide daily administration support to the sales function.
- Review workflow constantly and recommend process improvement to improve office efficiency whenever needed.
- Support Sales team on marketing’s event preparation and arrangement.
- Coordinates and prioritize GM schedule and maintains calendar appointments, arrange meetings and travel itineraries, and coordinates related arrangements.
- Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves, and prepares facilities and records and transcribes minutes of meetings.
- Other ad hoc sales support activities.
If you have the following skills and experience, we want to hear from you:
- Min. 3 year experience in admin in sizeable organizations;
- Must be strong in Excel (complex formulae, graphs, pivot tables), MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Good analytic and strong communication
- Power BI & SAP is good to have
- Onsite support role (4 days onsite and 1 day WFH)
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Efficient, well-organized, self-motivated, Independent, work well under pressure.
