Role Summary

The position focuses on maximizing sales in an assigned territory by building strong customer relationships and acting as the primary contact for purchasing and service needs. The goal is to drive incremental sales growth through strategic account management and tailored solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Use RS value proposition to differentiate from competitors.
  • Proactively visit target customers for new business opportunities and upselling.
  • Drive sales growth via long-term relationships, strategic contracts, and value-added services.
  • Identify customer needs and collaborate with internal teams for integrated solutions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM and sales data for trend analysis and campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze financial/customer data to ensure compliance and profitability.
  • Liaise across functions to enhance customer satisfaction (e.g., NPS improvement).
  • Participate in training, marketing campaigns, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Comply with company policies and complete ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Candidate Requirements

  • 3+ years in Account Management or Strategic Business Development, preferably in industrial/MRO/electronics.
  • Proven ability to exceed KPIs, work under pressure, and take initiative.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of procurement strategies and ability to articulate value solutions.
  • Results-driven with financial/business awareness and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft tools.
