This role aims to drive business growth by identifying and capitalizing on new sales opportunities within existing accounts. This involves building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and matching them with the right products. Additionally, the role aims to gather and communicate market intelligence, maintain high levels of customer service, and ensure accurate sales forecasting and reporting. Ultimately, the goal is to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

 

Here Is More About What You Will Be Doing...

  • Search for new opportunities within existing accounts by identifying new contacts and following up on sales leads promptly.
  • Collect competitive information from customer and market feedback and relay it to Sales Management.
  • Determine the potential wallet size and opportunities to target and sell accordingly.
  • Identify new product sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and aligning them with RS product features and benefits.
  • Maintain cooperative and productive relationships across departments to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Deliver weekly and accurate forecasts and pipeline documents.
  • Maintain a general knowledge of market and competitor information within your territory.
  • Proactively inform, persuade, and remind target customers about the customer marketing program.

 

What existing skills and experience will you need to be successful in this opportunity?

  • Proven skills, knowledge, and experience in sales.
  • Preferably at least 2 years of experience in Sales, Tele-sales, and Customer Service.
  • Clear evidence of consistent target overachievement in a profit margin-driven sales environment.
  • Proven record of account development, particularly with a complex portfolio of products and services.
  • Experience in telephone sales, ideally both inbound and outbound.
