Sales Support Coordinator, Philippines

Location: Makati, Philippines (Hybrid)
Report to: General Manager in Philippines
Role Purpose
Responsible to ensure that goods ordered by customers are successfully delivered, received and properly documented.
What you will be doing in this role
- Coordinate with logistics provider to track goods are properly received and to ensure customer requirement are adhered to.
- Verify that all necessary documentation is complete to ensure processing of payment.
- Ensure receipt of signed delivery notes (DN) by manual or email or system acknowledgement and proof of delivery (POD)
- Partner with cross functional teams (Sales, Credit, Customer Service and Operations) to resolve goods receipting and dispute issues.
- Perform goods receipting process from customer
- Identify, validate, and log customer disputes to initiate resolution and escalation
- Support workflow to achieve metric goals for cash collections.
- Other jobs arranged by Team Leader or Team Manager
What experience we expect from you
Essential Skills & Experience
- Degree holder in Business Administration or any related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience
- Willing to undergo fieldwork as needed
- Adapt to changing circumstances and requirements
- Strong coordination and follow up skills
- Attention to detail in documentation requirements
- Familiarity with delivery documents (Delivery Note, Proof of Delivery, Sales Invoice)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint and Outlook essential.
- Good communication that can speak and write English fluently
Desirable Skills & Experience
- SAP knowledge or working experience on FMCG or distributorship is desirable though not essential.
- Drive and own a motor bike
