Support the PH Sales Team from Makati by providing administrative assistance and driving sales operations through analytics, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration.
What you will doing in this role….
Sales Operations & Analytics
- Drive sales efficiency and strategy execution
- Manage sales tools, processes, and customer data.
- Deliver actionable sales analytics and insights.
- Lead internal sales planning and performance tracking.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Quotes & Tenders
- Provide insights on quotation performance.
- Coordinate BOM, tenders, and pricing with sales teams.
Stakeholder & Capability Management
- Support PH Sales Managers and influence key stakeholders.
- Promote coaching culture and succession planning.
- Collaborate across functions and global teams for innovation.
General Administration
- Maintain stakeholder relationships and communication.
- Support company events, meetings, and visitor logistics.
- Manage office standards, fleet, insurance, and vendor coordination.
Finance, HR, and Office Support
- Handle PR/PO processing, expense management, and office consumables.
- Oversee permits, janitorial services, pest control, and renovations.
