Lead and develop a high‑performing Field & Internal Sales team to exceed territory sales targets.

Drive growth across Corporate and Territory Accounts through strategic customer engagement.

Use customer and financial data to optimize territory planning and unlock new opportunities.

Build a highly engaged, motivated, and performance‑driven sales culture.

Partner with internal teams to deliver the full RS value proposition and outstanding customer experience.

Ensure accurate sales reporting, data management, and monthly KPI performance insights.

Manage budgets and implement sales strategies leveraging RS E‑solutions, Inventory Management, our own brand - RS Pro, and key brand partnerships.
What experience we expect from you:
- Experience in Account Management and proven track record in B2B Sales
- Results driven which put emphasis on the importance of review process and execution.
- People Management skills and experience of managing a remote team
- Proven track record in building, retaining and motivating a high-performance team.
- Financial and business awareness with good analytical skills.
- Strong IT skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication, negotiating and influencing skills.
- Ability to take ownership and set own goals and priorities.
