The Sales Manager II will report to the General Manager of the Philippines and play a key leadership role in driving sales performance in a strategic market. The role focuses on leading the Field and Internal Sales teams to exceed sales targets, enhance customer service, and support business growth.

 

What you will doing in this role…. 

  • Drive execution of the Country Sales Plan to exceed sales targets.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Ensure accurate customer segmentation and data management to support marketing and sales strategies.
  • Analyze sales data, monitor KPIs, and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop sales strategies including digital solutions, inventory management, and brand partnerships.
  • Work with internal departments to deliver full value to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records in SAP and other systems, manage budgets, and lead effective meetings.

 

If you have the following skills and experience, we want to hear from you:

  • Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in a technical environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, including remote team management.
  • Business or management degree preferred.
  • Financial acumen and strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other IT tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Self-driven with strong goal-setting capabilities.
