Sales Executive II, Key Account Management, Phillippines

The role is responsible for driving sustainable sales growth and exceeding targets within the Philippines territory. This includes managing key accounts, identifying high-potential opportunities, and leveraging customer and financial data to optimize sales performance. The role collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing, and other business functions to deliver value-added solutions and position the company as the supplier of choice.
What you will doing in this role….
- Achieve sales, margin, and customer engagement targets.
- Identify and develop high-growth accounts using data insights.
- Promote the company’s value proposition and private label (RS Pro).
- Manage Premier customers and lead high-value projects.
- Maintain accurate CRM and sales reporting.
- Support marketing campaigns and expand the customer base.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years proven track record in industrial field sales, including key account management
- A thorough understanding of the Philippines business environment, broad industry knowledge, industry drivers and trends
- Commercial awareness, particularly around the cost of acquisition
- Results driven and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong negotiation skills, able to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels with excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Experience in engaging with Senior Management of companies.
- Good planning, prioritization and time management skills
- Understanding of procurement strategies within a business environment and able to articulate value solutions to support customer needs.
- Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft packages.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Knowledge in e-commerce within a B2B environment
- Experience working in a Matrix organization
- Project management and Automation & Control experience is an advantage.
