Logistic Specialist, PH

What You’ll Do

• Manage and monitor inbound, outbound, and domestic shipments to ensure timely delivery, accurate system transactions, and compliance with operational requirements
• Coordinate closely with international freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to resolve logistics, transportation, and customs clearance issues efficiently
• Coordinate incoming shipments and daily dispatches in accordance with business requirements
• Receive shipments from international forwarders and verify items received against supporting documentation
• Provide accurate inbound shipment status reports to Customer Service and Sales teams for delivery updates
• Coordinate customer goods returns, including preparation of required documentation, reporting, and system execution
• Respond to Customer Service, Sales, and internal stakeholder enquiries relating to deliveries and customer complaints
• Manage and monitor third-party logistics providers (3PLs), ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), KPI targets, customer requirements, and contractual obligations
• Verify and approve freight invoices for payment and accrual purposes, ensuring charges align with contracted rates and agreed commercial terms
• Prepare required invoice packing, process transactions, troubleshoot problematic transactions, and ensure all transactions are completed accurately and on time
• Provide required documentation, purchase orders, and invoice-related paperwork for dispatch purposes
• Report no-show shipments and prepare airway bills (AWBs), including stickering and shipment endorsement activities
• Create, maintain, and accurately file logistics records and documentation
• Drive cost optimization initiatives by utilizing efficient and cost-effective transportation solutions while maintaining service quality and delivery commitments
• Maintain strong relationships with logistics service providers, customs authorities, carriers, freight forwarders, and port authorities
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics performance and operational excellence
• Develop and support outsourced logistics quality management systems to improve service and quality standard

About You

If you have the following skills and experience, we want to hear from you:

• College graduate, preferably with a diploma or qualification in Logistics, International Trade, or Supply Chain Management
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a logistics operations environment
• Experience and knowledge of customs clearance operations and management
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety requirements and awareness
• Good spoken and written English communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, with basic SAP knowledge
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills
• Experience in E-Commerce operations will be an added advantage
