Senior Investor Relations Manager

Location: This role is offered on permanent basis. It is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and from our London office a minimum of three days a week.
We are seeking a Senior Investor Relations Manager to join our Finance function. This pivotal role involves shaping the communication of RS’ financial and strategic narrative and potential and fostering strong relationships with investors and the financial community. Key responsibilities include preparing and presenting earnings reports and presentations, managing investor inquiries, meetings and events, liaising with financial advisors and developing financial modelling tools. The role also requires close collaboration with senior management to ensure consistent and transparent messaging. This is a great role for learning about all parts of the Group, understanding how strategy drives results and shaping the company’s messaging through working closely with the RS executive leadership. This position is ideal for individuals who are strategic thinkers, excellent communicators, enjoy financial analysis and are passionate about working together with a diverse range of stakeholders.
What you will be doing:
- Develop and implement an investor relations strategy that aligns with the company’s goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present financial reports, earnings releases, trading updates, presentations, scripts, Q&A documents, investor teach-ins and other communications to investors and analysts.
- Organise, manage and participate in investor meetings, conferences and roadshows.
- Provide insights to senior leadership on market trends and shareholder feedback.
About you:
- Experience: Experience in investor relations, financial analysis, corporate finance, investment banking, accounting or a related field.
- Financial acumen: Strong understanding of financial statements, corporate finance and capital markets.
- Analytical skills: Ability to analyse financial data and market trends to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Communication capabilities: Ability to prepare, communicate and present detailed financial results and prepare written reports.
- Practical knowledge: Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., One-Stream, PowerBI, Excel, SAP).
