Location: This is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and from our Kista office.

Contract Type:  Full-time, permanent role

 

The Opportunity  

In this role, you will play a key part in creating an exceptional customer experience, with the customer truly at the heart of everything we do. You will deliver high‑quality service across our communication channels and become a trusted point of contact, helping ensure that customers choose RS time and time again.

As the first line of support, you will quickly assess each situation and guide customers to the right department, ensuring they receive the most effective and efficient service possible. Your ability to understand customer needs, offer the right assistance, and maintain a positive, solution‑focused approach will make you an essential contributor to our service excellence.

 

What You Will Be Doing 

  • Handle customer inquiries across phone, email and chat, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by listening to needs, offering solutions, and escalating complex cases to the right teams when needed.
  • Support customers with technical questions, returns, complaints, order issues and delivery challenges.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of our products, services and internal processes to deliver confident, high-quality support.
  • Process customer orders correctly and manage your own customer portfolio to ensure consistent service.
  • Handle customer data securely and in line with GDPR and company policies.
  • Identify relevant sales opportunities during interactions and collaborate with the sales team on promising leads.

 

What You’ll Bring 

  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive customer experiences.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
  • A detail‑oriented mindset with the ability to quickly understand customer needs and internal processes.
  • The ability to handle difficult customer situations with patience, professionalism, and a solution‑oriented attitude.
  • A collaborative approach – sharing knowledge, working well with colleagues and partnering with other departments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
