The Opportunity
As a Marketing Campaign Executive, you will be at the heart of our marketing organisation — a true “spider in the web” who works closely with multiple teams and stakeholders to bring campaigns to life. You will oversee marketing activities across the Benelux, reporting to the Marketing & Sales Director, while maintaining a clear overview of campaigns, activities, and performance reporting.
You’ll collaborate daily with experienced marketing colleagues across the Benelux, each specialised in different tools and focus areas. Many large, multi‑channel campaigns are initiated at EMEA level and require local optimisation, while at the same time you will help create and execute local Benelux campaigns. This role therefore involves close, agile collaboration across markets and teams.
In addition to campaign localisation, digital marketing plays a crucial role in our business. With a portfolio of over 1 million products, you’ll support a strong digital strategy that includes PPC, display advertising, and paid social media. You will contribute to the optimisation of Benelux websites and the execution of local digital campaigns.
This is a hands‑on, coordinating role that requires strong planning, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills. You’ll be comfortable juggling multiple projects, working to tight deadlines, and staying calm and decisive in a fast‑paced environment.
What You Will Be Doing
- Act as Campaign Manager for selected sector, vertical, or product campaigns
- Lead brand‑awareness projects from planning through execution
- Maintain oversight of the local marketing budget
- Set priorities and keep the marketing calendar up to date
- Manage Benelux websites, including project coordination, maintenance, and ongoing optimisation of local webpages
- Edit and proofread promotional and marketing materials to ensure high quality and consistency
- Ensure all marketing projects are delivered on time and within agreed deadlines, in close cooperation with responsible Product Owners
- Ensure accuracy of marketing materials and manage formal sign‑off processes where required
- Stay up to date with current marketing trends, tools, and best practices
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5 years of hands‑on marketing experience, ideally within a B2B environment
- A solid understanding of digital and online marketing, with an interest in campaign performance and optimisation
- Strong project‑management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- A structured, detail‑oriented mindset combined with an analytical approach
- The drive to improve processes and ways of working
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- A higher professional or academic level of education (HBO / WO or equivalent)
Nice to have (but not essential):
- Experience with SEO and digital analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe)
- Experience working in agile and/or international matrix organisations
- Familiarity with web‑editing tools and basic design tools (e.g. Photoshop or InDesign)
- Editorial experience and/or the ability to read and understand French
