We’re looking for a Corporate Account Manager to join our high-performing team. In this role, you’ll also be expected to visit our office in Haarlem from time to time for team collaboration and business alignment.
In this dynamic role, you'll take the lead in managing a high-value portfolio of around 20 corporate clients. You’ll work closely with strategic buyers, operational teams, and key decision-makers – connecting their challenges with RS’s innovative solutions.

What you will enjoy doing to be successful in this role:
As a Corporate Account Manager, you’ll take full ownership of developing and managing a portfolio of key corporate clients in the Benelux region. You’ll enjoy turning customer needs into tailored solutions using a consultative selling approach, and you’ll thrive on building strong, trusted relationships across all levels of the customer organization – from strategic buyers to the teams using our products on the ground.
You’ll take the lead in creating structured, forward-thinking account plans with clear short-, mid-, and long-term goals, as well as a broader annual corporate sales strategy. Promoting RS’s mission, vision, and the unique value we bring will come naturally to you, especially as you represent our brand in commercial negotiations and day-to-day conversations alike.
Your work will involve coordinating tenders and quotations with internal colleagues, ensuring accurate reporting on customer activity and developments, and keeping our systems (Salesforce) fully up to date. While the main focus will be on maintaining and growing a profitable portfolio in terms of revenue and margin, you’ll also contribute flexibly to your team, supporting the department where needed.
This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, aligned with our employment agreement and policies.
If you have the following skills and experience, we want to hear from you:

Higher professional education (HBO) or a comparable qualification

3 to 5 years of experience in a B2B field sales role

Strong command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written

A results-driven mindset with a hands-on, proactive approach

A team player who is also capable of working independently and taking initiative

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A basic understanding of or affinity with technology and background in the technical industry

Comfortable working with data – able to extract insights from various systems to support meaningful customer conversations and strategic decisions
