Supplier Rebate Specialist

Job Description

  • Collects, compiles, and analyses, and calculates data to ensure accurate, timely calculation and payment of rebates in accordance with signed Supplier agreements. Uses SAP and related systems to manage and process rebates.
  • Identifies and resolves discrepancies by interacting with team members across multiple departments that include Supply Chain, Product Management, Finance and Supplier partners.
  • Maintains rebate reports on rebate payments, trends, and other performance and operational criteria.
  • Recommends procedures related to rebate business administration to ensure efficiency, and accuracy of operations.
  • Evaluates data to create monthly and ad hoc reports for internal Allied stakeholders

About the role

This position specializes in managing supplier rebate agreements and rebate performance in accordance with the Product & Supplier Management’s supplier rebate growth strategy.  Monitors, calculates, and analyses POP & POS performance results against Supplier rebate agreements and ensures payments are accurate, timely, and within approved guidelines.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics Operations, Supply Chain or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an analytical supply chain position
