Location: This role is offered on permanent basis. It is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and from our London or Corby office two /three days a week. Part Time working patterns will be considered.


 
We are seeking an experienced Talent and Organisational Effectiveness Partner to join our People Function. In this role you will partner with the Accelerator and Enabling Functions (A&E) People Team to support the deployment of end-to-end Talent and Organisation Effectiveness (T&OE) processes as key enablers of our strategic plan. You will also take the lead on listening to the voice of the customer, working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, feeding this back into the Group Talent and Organisation Effectiveness function to support the ongoing development of relevant interventions and solutions.
 
What you will be doing:
•    Act as the A&E Functions lead subject matter expert across the breadth T&OE processes including performance management, strategic workforce planning, capability development and Talent Review and Succession planning.
•    Work collaboratively with the A&E Functions People Team and the Group T&OE Centre of Excellence to shape the strategic development and delivery of global frameworks, acting as a key member of the global COE community that collaborates and shares best practice.
•    Work collaboratively with the A&E Functions People Team and Leadership team to drive engagement initiatives, analyse feedback, and support team effectiveness while achieving key KPI’s such as diversity and volunteering.
•    Advise on and support in the implementation and evolution of the people operating model, as well as focusing on the continuing improvement of people processes. 

 

About you:

•    Experience of leading the design, development, and deployment of a range of T&OE practices, including engagement, performance management, and talent development.
•    Ability to influence senior stakeholders to secure sponsorship and buy in for T&OE initiatives
•    Experience of providing strategic input into the development of best practice T&OE products and solutions
•    Significant experience in operating model and organization design in a matrix organization
•    Well-developed commercial consultancy skills, able to quickly understand a business requirement, develop an understanding of the need behind the request.
