About the role


Are you looking for a new role in Marketing?

In this role you will manage all external marketing communications, content, PR and customer engagement comms. Working closely with the local team to execute with excellence but also working with our regional and group marketing functions to drive best practice.

We offer flexible working, with offices in Corby and St Pancras, London.

What we’re looking for

  • Responsible for all local market communications, PR and strategic content for campaigns and customer engagement e.g., opinion pieces and expert led articles/speaker opportunities/case studies
  • Developing customer comms for each element of the marketing funnel and customer journey to support marketing tactics
  • Work closely with the commercial programmes team to support delivery of channel activation through PR, strategic content & comms as well as other relevant paid channels
  • Budget management
  • Manage a team to deliver PR and comms linked to clear plans
  • Support the leadership team and MD with speakers slots, clear briefings and content support
  • Elevate and cross utilise content from thought leadership programmes working closely with the Connected Thinking Lead
  • Commission strategic and expert led content working with SME to develop thought provoking content marketing
  • Work with Group and Region to share and execute best practice
  • Stakeholder management linked to marketing campaign execution
  • Support the execution of events and sponsorships and event calendar through the team


A bit about you

  • Worked in a multi-national matrix organisation marketing community
  • Broad marketing communication experience across Comms, PR, Product and Content Marketing campaigns
  • Experience with a variety of organic and paid channels like content creation, customer communications, PR and events
  • B2B lead generation campaigns
  • Experience in a services and product marketing environment
  • Experience in delivering integrated marketing campaigns with wider marketing team and sales teams
  • Salesforce experience
  • Project management an delivering on time to deadlines
  • Commercially astute and digitally experienced
  • Worked with the creative development process
  • Worked with marketing agencies
  • Experience in organising events and sponsorships that require content support
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
  • A sense of creativity, aesthetics and a love for great marketing campaigns
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing communications and measurement
  • Manage and develop a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives
  • Cross functional team leadership
  • Active member of both the marketing and commercial leadership team
