We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager – Campaign and Propositions…to deliver against the marketing strategy, taking accountability for regionalised service solutions propositions to support the UK&I sales team and the development and delivery of strategic marketing campaigns.

The role requires collaboration across functions and geographies to ensure campaigns are best in class and maximised for optimal results.

This role will be a core part of our local marketing community and will help to set the tone for greater alignment and consistency across our marketing teams

 

You will lead the following…

  • Development of local market service solution propositions
  • Development and overseeing the delivery of strategic marketing campaigns
  • Reporting and evaluation of campaigns against set KPIs
  • Local market (UK&I) team lead for project management platform (Monday.com)
  • Management of sales enablement platform (ShowPad)
  • Channel owner for POS for RS Local Branch network

What you will do…

Proposition Development

  • Collaborate with EMEA VAS team to identify and develop service solution propositions and clear messaging that support local market (UK&I) objectives and campaign delivery goals.
  • Develop and manage sales enablement programme including the appropriate sales resources to support local market (UK&I) Sales team with customer acquisition and retention.
  • Work with internal and external agencies to develop marketing collateral & sales tools that articulate our service solutions proposition and value to internal and external stakeholders.
  • The marketing team lead for the ShowPad platform, managing marketing/proposition collateral and ensuring effective execution of materials, as well as driving usage amongst internal and external stakeholders.
  • Channel owner for POS for the RS branch network, responsible for implementation of RS Local campaign execution and quarterly POS rollout across branches.

Campaign Management

  • Develop campaign strategies that outline objectives for each campaign alongside target audience, value proposition and key deliverables.
  • Work with the team’s Data Analyst to provide insights and audience data to inform campaign strategy and plans.
  • Audience/stakeholder mapping exercises to better understand campaign approach and key channels for campaign execution.
  • Work with internal Customer Marketing Team (Group function) to develop campaign creative and messaging.
  • Manage a campaign execution plan including formulating a marketing channel plan, campaign budget management and overseeing reporting and campaign evaluation.
  • Oversee the execution of campaigns working collaboratively with the wider marketing team including digital marketing, product/trading team, PR/Comms and Events team and the Content Team.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager (Lead Gen and ABM) to ensure acquisition of leads through campaigns is managed effectively and relevant tracking and reporting are in place as well as aligning wider marketing campaigns with ABM campaigns.
