The Opportunity
The Senior Brand Manager will play a pivotal role in evolving RS PRO from an own‑label brand into the number one brand of choice within our key tier‑one markets. This role leads the development of annual go‑to‑market plans, contributes to long‑term strategic direction and represents the brand across both internal and external stakeholder groups. The successful candidate will be highly skilled in using data and insights to uncover opportunities, sharpen brand positioning and define the most effective content and channel mix to drive growth and market preference.

What You Will Be Doing
Brand champion: acting as a leading brand evangelist within the RS PRO global community, across the RS Group and across external channels. Responsible for promoting the new brand positioning, driving consistency across all touch points and safeguarding brand reputation.
Strategy & planning: supporting the articulation and implementation for key defined elements and of the RS PRO brand strategy to unlock growth across key markets, categories and customers.
Campaign and go-to-market: Directing the annual briefing and project management of the development, execution, analysis and reporting of RS PRO activation plans in collaboration with accelerator functions and our markets.
Communication strategy: Ownership for defining the external omnichannel RS PRO experience, across planning, continuous improvement and reporting within each fiscal year. Delivering the optimum balances investment across brand building and lower funnel activation. Collaborating closely with the Customer experience function to optimise the digital customer journey, optimise brand saliency and drive basket conversion.
Internal communication: Leading the development and execution of all RS PRO internal communication to improve communication and engagement within RS PRO and raise brand awareness across teams, regions, and the wider business.
Market analysis and performance reporting: Start with a data first approach. Analysing market, category and customer trends to drive decision making and identify opportunities. Preparing and supporting the delivery of regular brand and initiative performance reports and recommending improvements.
Budget and financial oversight: Day to day budget management with ownership of monthly reconciliation to plan.
Line management: Responsible for the management and development of an Assistant Brand Manager. Ambition to grow the team and direct reports within the existing five-year plan.
