We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support the delivery of the marketing strategy, working alongside the Senior Marketing Manager to regionalise service solutions propositions to support the UK&I Sales team and the delivery of strategic marketing campaigns.

The role requires collaboration across functions and geographies to ensure campaigns are best in class and maximised for optimal results.

You will be a core part of our local marketing community and will help to set the tone for greater alignment and consistency across our marketing teams.


You will lead the following…

  • Administrative tasks and activity for ShowPad/sales enablement platform
  • Implementation of campaign plan – managing campaign timeline, budget tracker and campaign documentation
  • Management of quarterly POS for RS Local branch network
  • Team champion for project management platform – supporting compliance and management of the activities linked to campaigns.

What you will do…

  • Support the delivery of propositon and sales enablement collateral to drive sales team engagement
  • Undertake administrative tasks and activity for the sales enablement platform, ShowPad
  • Work with Senior Marketing Manager to implement campaigns and POS for RS Local branch network
  • Delivery of marketing activities as defined by the marketing operations and wider UK&I marketing plan
  • Work closely with the channel owners – either within the UK & I team or our EMEA organisation to help execute marketing campaigns and tasks as needed
  • Attend events where necessary, to support campaign activity
  • Work closely with wider UK&I marketing team to ensure successful execution of campaigns - including digital marketing, product/trading team, PR/Comms and Events team and the Content Team.
  • Support Marketing Manager (Lead Gen and ABM) to ensure acquisition of leads through campaigns is managed effectively

  • Instore marketing/POS implementation
  • B2B sales engagement delivery
