Head of Compliance, Quality, Ethical & Sustainability

Location: This role is offered on a permanent basis. It is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and from our offices at Corby.

 

As we enter an exciting period of change and growth for our Quality and Compliance function, we are seeking a dynamic individual to lead an experience team of experts. You will ensure we meet our ethical and sustainability goals.

 

You will be accountable for all New Product Development compliance, quality, and ethical requirements under the Own Brand RSPRO.

 

RSPRO works on simple, yet effective key strategic principles of quality service, quality products, and quality content underpinned by brand governance.

 

A bit about you

  • Compliance - Experience and an understanding of compliance within a complex product environment.
  • Strategic planning and delivery - Experience of moving a function forward, through active planning and implementation of a strategy.
  • Able to inspire, guide and develop a team towards success.
  • A collaborative team player across a business with fast moving, customer driven markets
  • Understands the needs of the customers, engineers and buyers and industries in which they operate.
  • Ability to take complex legislative information and provide simple actionable solutions for a wider community understanding.
