Finance Manager - Digital/Customer

Location: Location: This role is offered on a 12 month fixed term contract. It is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and from our Corby office.
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our Customer Experience (CX) function. This role will bring critical commercial finance expertise to support and influence strategic projects across both online and offline customer channels. You will be a key finance partner across the portfolio of CX initiatives, from investment proposal through to delivery and benefits realisation—working closely with project teams, Finance Business Partners, and the wider business to drive value for the Group.
What you will be doing:
• Lead financial modelling, reporting, and analysis across the CX strategic project portfolio.
• Partner with project teams to support investment proposals, delivery, and benefits tracking.
• Collaborate with Finance Business Partners and CX leaders to review proposals and ensure sound financial governance.
• Support accurate accounting treatment and budgeting for key CX projects and cost base.
• Contribute to key leadership presentations with insights on project performance and strategic KPIs.
• Work with global finance teams to build and align strategic business cases across regions.
About you:
• Qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA (or equivalent), with experience in a finance business partnering role.
• Skilled in financial modelling and translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.
• Commercially minded with experience supporting strategic and project-based initiatives.
• Proficient in financial tools such as Excel, Power BI, SAP, and OneStream.
• Collaborative and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.
