Digital Marketing Executive

Location – Corby (NN17 5JF).
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will support the day-to-day creation and delivery of marketing activities and campaigns within the UK and Ireland markets. You will be working with the local category programmes team, and other campaign leads within the UK & I Marketing team.
What you will be doing:
- Content Management System (CMS) day-to-day lead for UK and Ireland websites
- Managing multiple homepage updates – including briefing image requirements.
- Building landing pages and other campaign pages, thinking customer experience and journey and the next best action.
- General day-to-day maintenance of onsite CMS pages.
- Creation of lead capture forms within HubSpot.
- Working closely with the Global CMS team, making recommendations of how we can improve the CMS, new feature requirements and raise any issues that arise while working within the CMS.
- Email day-to-day lead for UK & Ireland marketing activity
- Managing the monthly email plan, working with the wider Digital Trading team to plan upcoming email activity.
- Building emails within our in-house email platform(s).
- Monthly email reporting.
- Managing the creation of HTML emails for our third-party email activity working with the EMEA creative, the UK&I PR & Comms team and an external agency
- Working with our analyst to brief email data required to execute targeted marketing activities, product recalls and reporting.
- Campaign Management
- Working with the Digital Trading team and campaign team to ensure content is ready and submitted to the EMEA creative team for creation of assets for channels that the digital trading team lead on.
- Act as the campaign led for Ireland specific activity – notably Winter Rewards & GAA customer loyalty promotions. This will include liaising with Ireland team, briefing content and asset requirements to the creative team, landing page builds, email plan and activity delivery and then end of promo reporting for owned activity.
- Implementing and updating tagging both onsite and for external partners.
- Basic copy checking and proof reading of content within emails and on landing pages.
- Stakeholder management within market, EMEA and global functions.
- Monitoring and managing the UK & Ireland Marketing Operations in-box.
What do I need to be successful?
If you have the following skills and experience, we want to hear from you:
- Good written English language skills.
- A good working knowledge of the core Microsoft office tools – Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good attention to detail.
- Comfortable to learn new software systems and tools.
- Comfortable to self-manage tasks and take responsibility for regular activities.
