Campaign Manager
Corby, ENG, GB, NN17 5JF Stockport, ENG, GB, SK4 2JT London, ENG, GB, N1C 4AG
Office Location – Corby, Manchester or London.
The true beauty of this role is that every day can offer something different!
One day you could be on a video shoot, overseeing the filming of a customer case study, the next you could be going through data and insight to gain an understanding of the next EMEA campaign.
You can find yourself buried in a brief, trying to articulate the customer problem we’re trying to solve one minute, and the next you’re hosting a meeting with 10 colleagues from across EMEA talking about landing pages and customer journeys.
From creative to commercial discussions, this role plays a pivotal role in the businesses ability to deliver highly engaging EMEA marketing campaigns to customers whilst always keeping a firm eye on its objectives of driving loyalty and retention within the customer base we’re targeting.
What you will be doing:
This role sits at an EMEA Regional level within the Customer Marketing team and will report to the Marketing Manager. It’s a vital role that supports local marketing teams across EMEA. You will play an instrumental role in facilitating, coordinating, and driving our large regional campaigns.
Starting from the briefing stage of any programme, you will liaise with subject matter experts around the business to seek out the most relevant information and ensure that we’re capturing the key elements that will ensure success. Bringing the local teams together also, you will work to understand their priorities, perspective, and nuances.
Further to this you will be the lead for the messaging and creative development, ensuring that the studio has the right information to turn the brief into an engaging piece of marketing. This then leads into an interactive ideation session which you will lead and co-ordinate, bringing together creative minds, commercial expertise and local knowledge to drive forward a considered and customer centric marketing campaign that is relevant for our stakeholders across multi-markets.
You will be responsible for the overall creation of a theme pack which captures all of the above information and brings the programme to life in a way that can be easily shared and explained to senior stakeholders within the business. You will also be expected to assist in driving assets and content forward, demonstrating your broad knowledge of channel best practise to ensure successful outputs for our customers.
